Last week we went to Lugansk for a 3-day training with our Country Director's, The Lee's, from Kieve. Sister Lee taught 40 Social Workers, Educators, Psychologist, and Foster Parents a series called "Strengthening Families". As you can see I think they really liked it. They learned about Family Home Evening,Family Traditions, Family Council,Discipline,Communication,and Teaching Children to be Responsible. They were a little slow to warm up but by the end of the 3 days we were fast friends. We had a family council meeting, put puzzles together, had a tug-of-war, threw beachballs, decorated cookies, and had some great discussion. As you can see from the pictures it was alot of fun.We will be repeating this training in Donetsk next week.
